The opening of every article is free to read, and How Muscle Actually Grows is free in full. Everything else — the detail, the programming, and everything published from here on — is for members. £5.99 a month, or £59.99 a year.
Recurring billing is not live yet. The buttons below
are currently one-off PayPal payments. To switch them to real
subscriptions, add your PayPal client ID and two plan IDs to
js/paypal-subscribe.js.
Delete this block once that's done — it hides itself automatically, but there's no reason to ship it.

Right now the last step is manual. The buttons above take a one-off payment rather than a subscription, and nothing sends your code automatically yet. Email ceilannaylor@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt and you will get the code back. If you would rather not wait on that, don't pay yet — this page will say so when it is automatic.

The honest version of what this is and isn't, so nobody ends up paying for something they thought was different.
PayPal handles the whole transaction. You approve a recurring payment in PayPal's own window, PayPal emails you a receipt, and this site never sees or stores your card or account details.
From your PayPal account — Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments. Cancelling stops future charges immediately; your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.
How Muscle Actually Grows is free in full — it's the foundation the others build on. For every other article you can read the opening before deciding; the rest needs a membership.
A member access code. Enter it once on any article and it unlocks every members-only piece on the site, on that device, until you clear your browser data.
At the moment that code is sent by hand, not automatically. Email ceilannaylor@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt and it will come back to you. That is a real wait, not an instant unlock, and it is worth knowing before you pay.
The code is shared across members rather than personal to you, so it gets rotated periodically — active members are emailed the new one when that happens.
No. It's written material — articles, templates and programming frameworks. Nothing here is individualised to you, and none of it is medical advice. If you have an injury or a health condition, talk to someone qualified who can actually examine you.
If you subscribe and it isn't what you expected, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Refunds are issued through PayPal to the account that made the payment.
Because it keeps this a static site with no server and no stored payment data. PayPal carries the compliance burden, which is exactly where it belongs for something this size.
