The first three articles are free in full — enough to judge whether any of this is worth paying for. The rest, and everything published from here on, is for members. £5.99 a month, or £59.99 a year, when it opens.

What happens after you pay

  1. You pay through PayPal. Your card details go to PayPal, never to this site.
  2. You get a member access code. Once subscriptions are switched on, the code appears on screen the moment payment clears. Until then it is sent by email — see the note below.
  3. You enter the code on any article. It unlocks every members-only piece on the site and stays unlocked on that device.

None of this is live yet. Membership isn't taking payments — there's no button above because there's nothing that could be delivered properly if you pressed it. The prices are what they'll be. Email ceilannaylor@gmail.com and you'll be told when it opens.

Before you
subscribe

The honest version of what this is and isn't, so nobody ends up paying for something they thought was different.

What actually happens when I subscribe?

PayPal handles the whole transaction. You approve a recurring payment in PayPal's own window, PayPal emails you a receipt, and this site never sees or stores your card or account details.

How do I cancel?

From your PayPal account — Settings, then Payments, then Manage automatic payments. Cancelling stops future charges immediately; your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.

What's free and what isn't?

The first three — How Muscle Actually Grows, Calisthenics vs Weights and Nutrition and Protein Basics — are free in full, permanently. They're the foundation the rest builds on, and they're enough to tell whether the writing is worth paying for.

For the others you can read the opening before deciding; the rest needs a membership.

How do I get access after paying?

A member access code. Enter it once on any article and it unlocks every members-only piece on the site, on that device, until you clear your browser data.

At the moment that code is sent by hand, not automatically. Email ceilannaylor@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt and it will come back to you. That is a real wait, not an instant unlock, and it is worth knowing before you pay.

The code is shared across members rather than personal to you, so it gets rotated periodically — active members are emailed the new one when that happens.

Is this coaching?

No. It's written material — articles, templates and programming frameworks. Nothing here is individualised to you, and none of it is medical advice. If you have an injury or a health condition, talk to someone qualified who can actually examine you.

Can I get a refund?

If you subscribe and it isn't what you expected, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Refunds are issued through PayPal to the account that made the payment.

Why PayPal and not a card checkout?

Because it keeps this a static site with no server and no stored payment data. PayPal carries the compliance burden, which is exactly where it belongs for something this size.
